The story of the HELLO WATERBALLS brand started more than 4 years ago when three friends visited one Panipuri shop and found there were not enough varieties of Phuchkas to satisfy their Phuchka-Love .
After returning from the shop three of them together sounded few simple words,
“Let’s open a Panipuri shop.”
The partners opened their first restaurant in Kolkata , where they served fresh, affordable, made to order fusion Panipuries . The popularity of the fusion Panipuries and the brand continued to grow over the decades but one thing remained the same and that was their core values and principles:
